Armin Karu


Chairman, Olympic Entertainment Group

Armin Karu founded international gaming services provider and casino operator Olympic Entertainment Group in 1993, and has served as chairman of the supervisory board since 2008. After creating the company in Estonia, Karu completed an international management diploma at the Haaga Institute in Finland as the business grew. He graduated in 1998 and went on to earn his MBA in 2005. Today the Olympic Entertainment Group is the largest provider in the region, with Karu as the controlling shareholder. As of late 2013, the company operated a total of 82 casinos and employed over 2,500 people in seven countries.
